Have you considered joining a Mastermind Success Team?

2^nd and 4^th Tuesdays, March 27 – September 11, 2025, 2-3pm

What is it? A Success Team, sometimes called a Mastermind, is a group of people who want to achieve something. They might all want the same goal, perhaps new business, but usually they want different goals. The goals can be professional or personal, big or small.

How does it work? The group meets for an hour. After brief hellos, the time is divided among the attendees. Each person uses his or her time as they wish. In the first meeting each person will name the goal they want to achieve. In futre meetings, they’ll typically provide a brief progress update, name a challenge and ask the group for help. The group might ask questions, brainstorm ideas, suggest resources or offer introductions. Then the group moves to the next attendee and so on through the hour.

What is the size of the group? I limit my group size to 4-6 members, large enough to provide energy, but small enough to give everyone time to share their progress and ask for the help they want or need.

How and when will we meet? We will meet via Zoom. My next group will meet from 2-3pm on the 2^nd and 4^th Thursdays of each month, beginning March 27^th and ending September 11^th, for a total of 12 meetings. What is required? Everyone benefits from Success Team meetings, so it’s important that members commit to the group and attend every meeting, if at all possible.

What are the benefits? Some of the most important opportunities in my career and life, including traveling to manage national projects, moving to become the Managing Consultant of the LA office of a global HR firm, and working with law firms and lawyers, have come to me as a result of my own participation in Masterminds. You can have similar benefits, not the ones I want, but the ones YOU want, with the support, encouragement, resources and accountability of a Success Team!
