What do you want to have, do or be?
What do you want to have, do or be?
That’s a question my coach asked me about twenty years ago and I don’t think it’s an overstatement to say it changed my life. He told me to make a list of 100 things I want to have, do or be. Importantly, he told me to write my list in one sitting, not just to add a few items over time. Frankly, I thought this assignment sounded boring, but I respected my coach (and paid him handsomely), so I sat down to do it. Are you ready to try it?

Do You Know Your Core Values?
My core values are Family, Respect, Education, Service and Adventure, not necessarily in that order. Why does that matter? Clarity about my core values helps me make decisions that allow me to fulfill my purpose and enjoy my life. It contributes to my professional success and personal happiness.
